Through long-term collaboration with leading research institutions—including Lanzhou University of Technology’s National Key Laboratory of Friction, the Ningbo Institute of Materials, East China University of Science and Technology, and the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics—we have conducted in-depth studies on low-leakage graphite sealing technologies and systematically addressed the root causes of sealing failure.

Supported by rigorous internal testing and authoritative third-party verification, Magpie Valve holds a comprehensive portfolio of internationally recognized certifications, including API 622, API 624, API 641, ISO 15848-1, TA-LUFT, and ISO 15848-1 CC3. Nearly 500 valve products—covering gate, globe, and ball valves—have been tested under extreme operating conditions, with temperatures ranging from 400 °C to −196 °C and pressure ratings up to Class 2500 LB. These efforts ensure full compliance with global standards while setting new benchmarks for reliability, safety, and innovation in the industrial valve manufacturing sector.
