Maison Kojira is a Bangkok-based foundational food and non-alcoholic drinks brand. We make culinary salts, kombucha and non-alcoholic drinks built from real ingredients, mineral depth, acidity, fermentation, botanicals and traditional food processes. Our current culinary salt range includes Isaan mineral salt, preserved lemon salt, fermented mushroom salt, black garlic salt and saffron salt. Our drinks direction includes kombucha and alcohol-free drinks designed for better daily rituals, hosting and hospitality. Maison Kojira focuses on better everyday food without artificial flavouring, artificial colouring, synthetic preservatives, stabilisers, emulsifiers or added MSG. We use small-batch production, durable glass packaging and careful sourcing, including family-linked agricultural ingredients in Thailand. Our aim is simple: better daily food and drinks, made with transparent ingredients, strong flavour and responsible material choices.
