Middlebury Farms is a certified organic vegetable farm in Harvard, IL owned and operated by Peter Grubbe. Peter is a first generation farmer and McHenry County native. He has been farming for over 10 years. Middlebury Farms strives to bring the freshest organic produce to their community with a CSA Farm Box program, farmers markets and restaurants.
