Our company, which was established as Hun İnşaat Limited Company in 2011 and developed housing projects mainly in parcel-based areas under the APARTIST brand, expanded into developing city block-based housing projects with the MINT brand in 2014 and changed its commercial title to Hun Perakende Enerji ve İnşaat A.Ş. MİNT has been operating since 2014 to develop, build, sell and manage real estate in central urban areas with a high premium potential. The majority shareholder of MINT, a trademark of Hun Retail Energy and Construction Inc. is Sefer Altıoğlu on behalf of Akil Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. The other shareholders are Özgür Doğan and Tolga Karaşahin. Sefer Altıoğlu joined MINT in 2014, after 26 years of experience in the finance sector, and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MINT. Özgür Doğan joined MINT in 2016 after 15 years of experience in the finance sector and serves as the General Manager. Tolga Karaşahin, Civil Engineer, joined MINT in 2016 and serves as Managing Partner.
