MLT DRIVES has been a leader in manufacturer & distribution of solar and backup systems in South Africa since 1986. Founded and nurtured by Prof. Michel Malengret, the MLT Drives Group received international capital investment in 2014 sparking its growth and market share significantly. Joining the business, via two subdivisions are his two sons, Jean-Claude Malengret, CEO of MLT Inverters, and Gerard Malengret, CEO of MLT Power.

MLT Power takes care of sales and distribution of turn-key solar back up and grid-tied systems with unmatched technical & maintenance support. Satisfied clientele vary from residential & commercial urban buildings to lodges, farms and industrial applications.
