Oak Spring Farm

About us

This farm is my baby (along with my three real babies), my passion and my life and I want to share it with you.

I've been a lot of things in my adult life...a restaurant manager, a barista, a high school biology teacher and of course a mom...but I always knew in my heart that farming was what I wanted to do. 

As a child growing up in upstate New York I helped my dad with our big garden.  In California there were always edible landscapes and half barrels I tended. As a Biology teacher I taught from a garden right outside my classroom, hosted the garden club and wrote a grant for a greenhouse.   My friends and I dreamed of having a cooperative farm where we grew our own produce and shared it.  The ‘Ranch’ dream was fueled in our college days of Napa wine country explorations in awe of what we saw being grown and farmed.
