About us

Othello International is Bangkok's bilingual technical translation and ESG advisory firm. We translate the annual reports, 56-1 One Reports, sustainability reports, climate disclosures, prospectuses, regulatory submissions, ESIA documentation, legal contracts, and government RFPs that Thai institutions exchange with the world.

The firm was founded in 2020 on US Government contracts — US CDC, US State Department, UN Women, UK PACT — where we built the bilingual operating standard under FAR-grade discipline before bringing it to Thai capital markets in 2021.

Today we serve four primary client segments: SET-listed and mai-listed corporates, Thai government agencies, the UN system, and international law firms on cross-border matters.

Our specialty practice in 2026 is ESG Advisory. The Stock Exchange of Thailand has handed assessment of 868 listed companies to FTSE Russell — and the bilingual disclosure documents we already produce for these clients are now scored against a global standard. We help Thai corporates produce native-English ESG disclosure that international raters and stakeholders read as substantive, not as translated-from-Thai.
