About us

We exist to tackle climate change through regenerative farming and reforestation.
There are two things Sapling loves: great spirits and the natural world. When you choose Sapling you will enjoy both delicious homegrown spirits and making the world a better place.
Our bars and restaurants use 5 litre eco boxes so that our bottles can be refilled and reused.
Bottles are hugely carbon intensive to create so by eliminating glass waste we are reducing our carbon footprint by around 37%.
