About us

We grow a variety of Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) vegtables here on the Swauk Prairie in Central Washington. Starting in May our early crops include: Spinach, Dill, Cilantro, Radishes and maybe Baby Lettuce. From mid June you can enjoy Lettuce, Swiss Chard, Radishes, Kale, Mustard Greens, Onions, Beets, Green Onions, Snap Peas, French Filet Beans, Garlic, and whatever else we've thrown in to the mix :)
The CNG garlic and dill are used in the making of our Gourmet hand packed pickles in August. We have three varities of these pickles: Original, Spiced (not spicy) and Doubly Garlic (a quarter cup of sliced garlic in each quart). These pickles are a "Limited Edition" because we usually sell out by July.
