About us

greenenergy is a company based in Costa Rica that connects businesses and households to clean energy systems, so that they can become free and have a lighter environmental footprint. Since 2009, greenenergy exists to improve the world we live in. The company has installed more than 11MW of power through on grid, off grid and microgrid photovoltaic solar systems. As part of the company's Triple Bottom Line strategy, in 2019 they launched their Positive Impact Program called Soy Luciérnaga, to benefit youth through clean energies. In 2021 greenenergy became a Certified B Corporation, as a consequence of its commitment with humanity and the environment.
