Everyone at TIFO has a fierce belief in a simple purpose: that all people have the right to live and work in a healthy environment. 

We envision a world where all people have the knowledge and skills to protect future generations and maintain livelihoods. 

Our projects support community efforts to reduce the health impacts of environmental degradation.

TIFO's current projects are located in Kyrgyzstan, Karakalpakstan (Uzbekistan), Armenia, and in the sovereign lands of the Shoshone-Paiute peoples (Duck Valley Indian Reservation, USA). Our past projects span 6 continents - contact us or view our website for more information.
