About us

TransTrash was started by Mitch Kaelberer in 1996 with one truck and 10 roll-off containers. A second truck was added in 1999. Recycling services were added in 2010 with the purchase of our first baler, which was replaced with a larger and more efficient baler in the spring of 2015. TransTrash also began commercial garbage services in the spring of 2010 with the purchase of our first front-load garbage truck and dumpsters. Residential tote services were added in 2016. Our business has continued to grow, and today we offer full waste disposal services of roll-off containers, residential totes, commercial garbage, recycling, and portable storage units, with multiple trucks available for each service.
