About us

Weedy Soil Farm is a tiny farm in Forsyth County, Georgia. We follow all organic standards to grow a wide variety of veggies and a few fruits, which we sell primarily through the Cumming Harvest.
Goal:
To provide fresh healthy food - Fruits, Vegetables, and Eggs - to the people of Forsyth County, Georgia.
Why Naturally Grown?
Producing food without the use of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides or chemical fertilizers removes the risk of ingesting trace amounts of these chemicals that may be in conventionally grown food. 
Right now all I have available is eggs. My hens - The Golden Girls, Aloe, Shorty, Björk and the Björkestra, Simone, Sheryl and Dua - have been busy producing lots of nice brown eggs. They dine daily on organic layer feed, and a couple of days each week they leave their mobile coops and pens behind to catch lots of bugs and nibble on tender weeds.
