About us

We have had a permanent office in Brunei since 1967.  The company was formally part of MWH Global Group (now part of Stantec) but has been locally owned since 2000 and has recently transitioned to a new ownership and management structure. One of our key strengths is our ability to draw on over 150 years of global expertise and over 50 years of local experience in Brunei Darussalam. 

We are proud of our heritage and to be the go to consultancy company for design, engineering and construction management helping to manage water purity and availability in a sustainable fashion for the health, livelihood and security of people in Brunei.​ However, these activities are only part of what we do. We are also project managers, consultants, policy and project advocates, information technology specialists, environmental experts and public relations professionals.

Zin Salleh & Partner Consultants has a core group of local Chartered Engineers with a wide range of experience including the design of dams and hydraulic structures, water treatment works, building and bridge structures, maintenance management systems and environmental assessments. We also have a team of  locally based Information Technology specialists who have focused primarily on the design, deployment, implementation and embedment of computer based information systems to support physical asset management in a variety of fields covering water, sewerage, drainage, transportation, petrochecmical and environmental sectors to name but a few.

When required we can draw on our international partners from Stantec who are a global, full-service consulting, engineering and construction company with more than 7,000 staff and operating on six continents.
