About us

In 2004, as a result of the merger of two state structures, the structure was renamed the State Committee for Environmental Protection and Forestry. In 2006, the State Committee for Environmental Protection and Forestry was merged with the Ministry of Agriculture. During this period, active efforts were made to bring agricultural standards in line with the requirements of nature protection, and in the structure of the Ministry of Agriculture, a decree was adopted by the State Service for Control over Nature Use and Nature Protection.
