About us
The report presents some of the key achievements and highlights from across UNDP’s programme in all thematic areas. Despite all the challenges created by the unprecedented global COVID-19 pandemic, with the generous support of our longstanding partners, UNDP and the Government of Nepal were able to join hands to help some of the hardest-hit people cope with the crisis. From creating jobs and livelihoods opportunities for the most vulnerable and providing crucial health supplies to local and provincial governments to providing free legal aid and counselling support for those who are left behind, UNDP was able to bring some concrete and positive changes in the lives of people even during the challenging times.
