the government of Mongolia and the government of Japan signed a document establishing a "Low Carbon Development Partnership" to mitigate the effects of climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The two countries had the opportunity to work together to implement a Joint Lending Mechanism (JCM), which aims to support cooperation in this area.
