About us

The Friends of Arabuko-Sokoke Forest is a non-profit conservation organisation supporting the management and conservation of the Arabuko-Sokoke Forest, by working closely with government partners as well as the communities bordering the forest. We work to conserve the Arabuko-Sokoke Forest and its periphery as an integral part of the larger ecosystem of protected areas unified in the UNESCO Man and Biosphere Malindi Watamu Arabuko-Sokoke Biosphere Reserve.
