About us

The Green Planet Association for Environment and Sustainable Development is a non-governmental organization with non-profit goals, founded by a group of ambitious young people in late 2018 in the city of El-Ayoun, the capital of the Moroccan Sahara. She is endowed with a spirit of volunteerism, sacrifice and selflessness in her work. Its vision is to rely on environmental education as the most effective way to solve environmental crises and to give sufficient attention to young people in particular and society in general.

The Green Planet Association for Environment and Sustainable Development is the first association working to spread the culture of primary waste sorting and good management in the Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra region. Nationally, and to contribute to it internationally as much as possible, with a spirit of volunteerism, sacrifice and self-denial in its work. Its vision is to rely on environmental education as the most effective way to solve environmental crises, and to give sufficient attention to young people in particular and society in general.
