About us

Conservation Society of Sierra Leone (CSSL) is Sierra Leone’s oldest environmental non-governmental organisation with technical expertise in the conservation and wise use of the country’s natural resources. We provide policy advice, undertake environmental education, facilitate learning and advocacy about good conservation practices, implement conservation and sustainable livelihoods projects and facilitate biodiversity research.
