About us

Nepal Animal Welfare and Research Center (NAWRC) is a community-based non-profit organization in Nepal dedicated to promoting compassionate coexistence between humans and animals. Through rescue, treatment, sterilization, and rehabilitation programs, NAWRC works to improve the welfare of stray and community animals. The organization also engages in research, community education, and advocacy to address issues such as rabies control, human–wildlife conflict, and disaster response for animals. By collaborating with local communities, schools, and authorities, NAWRC strives to create sustainable and humane solutions for animal welfare.
