About us
NMMC is a Non-Profit organization licensed by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) dedicated to rescue, rehabilitation, and education. NMMC rescues and responds to distressed marine mammals along the coast of Del Norte and Humboldt counties in Northern California. NMMC, located in Crescent City’s Beachfront Park, is perfectly situated to promote public understanding of threats to marine mammals and the importance of preserving our marine environment.
