About us

The Environment Centre is a Swansea based charity and Community Center promoting environmental sustainability. We have a Green Shop & Fairtrade Coffee Bar and run a year long programme of environmental training sessions, exhibitions and events. We also have a membership scheme and provide meeting and office space. We work with schools, community groups, the public sector and businesses.
A community hub inspiring positive action for a greener and healthier future by championing environmental action in Swansea for over 25 years. 
We encourage and facilitate activity that helps protect our environment and tackle the challenges of plastic pollution, biodiversity loss, and climate change. 
Volunteer
Our charity could not operate without the fantastic team of volunteers who help us every day. They come from all walks of life, from students to retirees, with a range of skills, experiences and enthusiasm. Our friendly staff work closely with and support all volunteers.
