Tree Pittsburgh is an environmental nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the City’s vitality by restoring and protecting the urban forest through tree maintenance, planting, education, advocacy, and land conservation.Tree Pittsburgh operates five main programs that help us achieve this goal:-tree care and reforestation, including planting street trees and distribution of trees to residents;-community technical support;-advocacy and empowerment;-education programs for children through adults; and -our Heritage Nursery, which provides trees for our own programs as well as our partners and the public.
