Sassy Organics is a Melbourne-based online retailer established in 2016 and a trusted Australian destination for toxin-free beauty, natural health and wellness, and eco-conscious everyday essentials. The business offers 3,000 carefully selected products across skincare, makeup, haircare, personal care, wellness, baby and home. Every product in the range is vegan and cruelty-free, and customers can choose from a growing collection of plastic-free, reusable and lower-waste alternatives.

Sustainability is reflected in both the product range and day-to-day operations. Since 2019, every online order has been shipped in plastic-free order packaging. The business estimates that this has prevented more than 500 kilograms of plastic packaging from being used.

Sassy Organics also operates an Australia-wide TerraCycle mail-in program for eligible empty beauty and personal-care packaging from any brand or retailer. Each eligible box is processed through a specialist recycling stream, and the participant receives AU$10 store credit.

Sassy Organics aims to make toxin-free and lower-waste choices easier to find while continually reducing unnecessary packaging and supporting practical recycling solutions.
