About us

The Miswak Stick sells natural miswak toothbrush sticks cut from the root of the Salvadora persica tree, often called the “toothbrush tree,” grown in Pakistan. Used for centuries across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, a miswak is chewed at the tip until it forms soft natural bristles, then used to brush just like a regular toothbrush.

Why it’s plastic-free

100% wood: no plastic handle, no nylon bristles, no toothpaste tube
Fully biodegradable at the end of its life
Needs no water or paste, so it works anywhere, including travel

Miswak naturally contains antibacterial compounds and silica, and clinical studies show it removes plaque about as well as a toothbrush when used properly. It works best alongside your regular brushing and dental check-ups.
