About us

Amigos de la Tierra (Friends of the Earth) is a national Spanish organization, born in 1979. The national office is located in Madrid, but it also has local groups in the Balearic Islands, Galicia, Aragon, La Rioja and Madrid.
The organization conducts public mobilization and advocacy work on Climate Justice, Food.
Sovereignty and Waste and Resource Justice. People and human rights are at the center of their work and actions.

Amigos de la Tierra (Friends of Earth) Spain is an ecologist association with the mission of fostering local change.
