LIR Evolution is a development, consulting and research agency, qualified to work on different aspects of sustainable development including energy efficiency, renewable energy, economic development, environmental protection and management, waste management and circular economy, sustainable mobility and tourism development. Experienced members, who have long-term extensive experience in identification, design and implementation of integrated and development projects funded by European Union and other various financiers, established LIR Evolution in 2003.
